As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily arrange a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
When will I get my order?
We use a print-on-demand process, meaning your item is created after you place your order. This ensures quality and reduces waste, but adds a few days to production time.
Orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
